So, what do they say about us?

A key reason why we run Perfect Sailing, aside from the warm Turkish life style, is the fantastic feedback we receive from our guests after their holiday. We work hard to deliver the very best products and services possible. It is therefore most rewarding to hear how much clients have enjoyed themselves, and got what we promised them, a Perfect Sailing holiday.

So, if you'll excuse our indulgence, here are a few unedited examles of some of the comments we received in 2011.

Q What was the best part? ".......difficult to say as it was all enjoyable. Probably the chance to sail Aeolian Star as she is without doubt the best yacht we have chartered" .

A little feedback, we sailed in August around Fetihye, and we feel that Kapi Creek, Tersane and other havens are becoming more and more commercialised and are losing their individual personality and charm, which was the main attraction. When we sailed around Orhaniye we felt that the trip to Bodrum and around the headland to global sailing (Karacasogut) was outstanding. Bodrum has really stepped up to the mark and addressed the tacky image it once inherited".

"Presentation of the boat and the warmth of the management of Perfect Sailing. Coming into the bays to find a jetty with a welcome from the restaurant owners, and help to get onto the jetty and tie up.

Sunshine, warm waters, azure blue seas, gentle winds, snorkelling, swimming. Meeting other boat people. The scenery. Everything. Onboard Wifi and mobile phone. Brilliant.

Wonderful introduction to sailing in Turkey. A very warm welcome, a well organised company and an excellent presentation of the yacht. A great location, help when needed. Nothing was too much trouble and everything delivered with a smile. Simply could not fault them".

"Excellent - you guys have it down to a fine art. Nice pro's...the welcome pack on board (simple but effective), the absolute cleanliness of the boat, your on-going interaction with the client when required but left to our own devices otherwise. A useful extra might be a two or three page summary of the bays included in the boat documentation. (describing what you did in the briefing)"

But what about the complaints I hear you cry. Fair comment. Boats are mechanical creatures, and despite lots of loving they do let us down at times, usually inconvienient ones. We have yet to have one dissatified customer, even those who suffered small problems gave us good reviews, partly for communication, and partly because we worked to fix their problem quickly and effectively. For 2012, we have an additional engineer to try to improve our service still further.

We decided to create a client feedback system to allow us to exactly evaluate where we, the local people and restauranteurs could improve. We are happy to show you here the results of this survey. We asked guests to assess 10 key criteria on a scale of one to five. We then converted these in to satisfaction percentages.The results are shown below.
